It's true, I have worked in libraries for 29yrs!

I hope 23 Things will help me get a more contemporary fix on areas of online life that sometimes pass those of us in their 40s by.

Up until now I haven't done much social media networking. I do sometimes visit Mumsnet, Twitter and Facebook but I'm not signed up to many sites like this. I like to read forums and blogs but have not been much of a joiner. It would be true to say that in 'offline' life I am a joiner but I'm less comfortable in the virtual world. Just inexperience and age really. Note to self - don't mention the age too much!
